It's really difficult to find good opals these days so I was happy to find this one at a recent gem & mineral show here in Austin. This tabular pendant was difficult to set the stones into because it is jade and thus very difficult to scratch. The leather makes a serious setting for these symmetrically arranged gems. I think the green gem is chalcedony but I have not verified that. It is lovely regardless.
