This policy does not apply to sharing photos or other content to social media if attribution to The Mellow Makery ATX is included in the shared post. You may share our content on social media in a positive light and with attribution given in the original post. Presenting our content in a negative light according to the opinion of the owners of this website is always unauthorized.

By using our content without prior written permission, you agree to pay reimbursement for any legal fees incurred by The Mellow Makery ATX in pursuing a claim within 7 days of being notified that said legal fees have been incurred.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Our products are handcrafted with care and we want to be sure you are completely satisfied with every purchase!

Returns

No returns or refunds are possible more than six months after the date of purchase. We are on a shoestring budget and literally can't afford to do otherwise.

Classes are refundable based on discussion with the teacher about how things are working out and must be requested at least 30 minutes before the class time ends.

Items you want to return must be in sellable condition to receive a full refund. If repackaging, repairs, or any other work would be needed to put them back on the shelf or website, that will affect the amount of your return.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping Policy for The Mellow Makery ATX

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3-5 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. We make every effort to ensure a quick turnaround, but please bear with us as we balance our studio time with managing shipments.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping should be calculated at checkout. You can request free shipping on orders totaling over $250 of merchandise (does not include classes or other services) by contacting us. Estimated delivery times are 5-10 business days after processing. For expedited shipping options, please contact us directly.

Local Pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our south Austin studio or custom-arranged local pickup. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2-4 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready an arrange to meet with you at your convenience.

Our pickup hours are by appointment.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping. Our focus is on building our local community and sharing our art within our home state of Texas.
